(1) Excavation of anode pit
Before construction, the construction personnel shall be familiar with the site and drawings, and the construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design requirements and construction specifications. In case of special circumstances, the construction can be continued only after the approval of the designer.
Excavate a 1 m ¡Á 1 m deep pit above the pipeline to the pipeline, and excavate the anode Pit 3 meters away from both sides of the pipeline. If there is an electrostatic grounding device near the excavation, be careful not to cut off the original grounding device. The distance between the anode pit and the pipeline is 3 meters. The depth of the anode pit is equal to the bottom of the pipeline, and the anode pits on both sides are 5 meters long respectively.
(2) Excavation of reference electrode pit
A 300 mm ¡Á 300 mm reference electrode pit with depth equal to the bottom of the pipe shall be excavated at the position of 200 mm on one side of the pipeline.
(3) Anode, reference electrode and cable laying
The construction personnel put the pre soaked anode package into the anode pit, and the distance between the anode and anode is 3M. The reference electrode is placed in the reference electrode pit, and the cables are arranged neatly.
(4) Weld joint treatment
A 50 ¡Á 50 ¡Á 5mm opening shall be drilled with a flat chisel directly above the pre welding part of the pipeline, and the opening shall be polished and polished, and the surface shall be free of oil and water stains.
(5) The technicians conduct thermit welding on the anode cable and test line
Although the instantaneous temperature of hot aluminum welding reaches 2450 ¡æ, the reaction time is very short, less than 1 second, the heat dissipation rate is fast, and the pipe wall reaches 6 mm thick, which will not exceed the ignition point. Therefore, the thermal aluminum welding is safe and reliable. Under the safety protection, the technical construction personnel enter the operation area and weld in strict accordance with the thermit welding operation steps. The special ignition device is used to ignite the thermite reaction. The flux reacts quickly in the mold and flows to the surface of the pipe, and then the cable is firmly welded to the pipe surface.
(6) Solder joint treatment
Cable and cable connection processing: after the cable welding is completed and the solder joint is cooled sufficiently, the electrical insulating tape can be used to wrap the solder joint.
Welding treatment of cable and pipeline: take a piece of hot-melt adhesive and cover it on the solder joint, bake the surface of hot-melt adhesive with blowtorch until it softens into glue, use wood chips and other tools to extrude the air in the hot-melt adhesive, and then cover the patch on the hot-melt adhesive to continue baking, and take the same measures to make the patch completely cover the weld joint, and restore the anti-corrosion coating of the solder joint.
(7) Test pile installation and cable connection
Connect the anode main cable, test line and the cable with reference electrode to the corresponding terminal in the test pile through the bottom of the test pile, and then backfill. When the backfill is 0.5m above the pipeline, the test pile is righted, and a concrete pier with the size of 0.5m * 0.5m is poured with cement. After the concrete is fully solidified, it is backfilled to the floor.
